AI Voice Receptionist, Live on Two Business Phone Lines

A multi-tenant AI phone receptionist that has answered two live business lines since July 2026. It answers from each business's own information, checks Google Calendar and books during the call, transfers to a person, and sends the owner a Telegram call report with an AI-written summary. Built in Python and FastAPI on Telnyx telephony and Gemini Live voice, with a SQLite CRM. It ships with a simulated-call test harness (about 1,900 lines of tests) and a watchdog that restarts any failed service.

A lead-to-quote pipeline for a service business. The customer uploads photos of the job, Gemini vision drafts an itemized estimate, and the owner approves or edits it from Telegram before it goes back to the customer. It turns a site visit and an evening of paperwork into a few taps on a phone.

Multi-Business CRM with Pipelines and Email Automation

A GoHighLevel-style CRM I am building to run three businesses from one dashboard. Each business has its own pipeline with drag-and-drop stages, and contacts, tasks, and tags live in one place. New form leads land in the right pipeline and get an instant email reply written for that business. Campaigns send one email or a drip of up to three to a filtered list, with an unsubscribe link and a mailing-address footer on every email (CAN-SPAM), daily sending caps, and a 9am to 6pm Eastern send window.

End-to-end tooling for an estate sale business. Items go into one CSV source of truth, and the pipeline renders a price list, printable barcode labels (Code 128), and eBay listing drafts through the eBay Sell Inventory API. It also builds an online store with per-item Stripe payment links for buy-online, pick-up-at-the-sale orders.

A Windows tool that reads a .docx or .pdf brief, finds every case, statute, and rule citation (18 citation patterns), and builds the Table of Authorities with page references. An optional AI pass classifies the edge cases. It cuts one of the most tedious steps of brief filing down to minutes.
